Its called limewire. But make sure you pay for limewire pro cuz regular limewire will jack up your computer with virus’s.

Or since i just read you want no cost, download bit torrent and look for downloads on pirates bay. You need bit torrent in order to get stuff off of pirates bay and its totally free. I have never tried getting movies off there personally but i know you can.
